Put a piece of paper in front of you, and then close your eyes and draw a face.

Did you cheat because you were worried it would come out all weird? Be honest. If you did, try again. No peeking. Sheesh.
You may find that what you draw is actually pretty good. It's probably a lot bigger than you thought it would be.
Making marks is not just a visual thing, you see. It's kinetic. So it's really fun to FEEL the process of drawing something.
And, of course it's pretty funny too.
