In which an Ipp maximizes a rain puddle. I was also working with having the Ipp go from background to foreground rather than left to right as they usually do (thinking of course of Grover on Sesame Street explaining "near" and "far"). Also if you're in a Buddhist mood there's some reference to impermanence here too.
Dream Big

I did this illustration to auction off for my daughter's school in March. It's actually three drawings in a matte with three openings, and then I drew on the matte too. (Click on it to see it bigger on Flickr.)
It's called "Dream Big," and it's about kids, and reading, and dreaming, and space, and how we are more alike than different. Two kids on different planets dream of exploring space, while the cosmos wait patiently for them in the middle. It's in pencil on Bristol board.
Less Than You Need
I don't usually do political cartoons, but this is a response to what I felt was the most offensive advertising slogan of the last 10 years or so -- it was an ad for, I think, an Escalade or Yukon or something, and it said, "It's not more than you need, just more than you're used to." So when things imploded, this is what came to mind.
